Brunching

It's been a while since we've been out to a proper brunch. Usually, we'll have breakfast at home on Saturday and on Sunday, head to BK Flea for huaraches, tacos and pupusas. But here are a couple that are making my liver quiver:

For $28, your table gets a basket of sweet and savory breads as well as a variety of canapés (a yogurt parfait, parsnip soup, a cucumber tea sandwich, duck meatballs), and then each person gets a choice of entrée. After that, a variety of desserts for the table: root-beer granité with vanilla ice cream, walnut brownie, oatmeal-almond financier vanilla cheesecake with pineapple compote. The list of entrées follows — note that they won’t be available à la carte.
