Cooking at home

Breakfast taco!
Breakfast Tacos!
Mission flour tortillas are best - really nice and chewy. I used chorizo, some potatoes from the farmer's market, fresh cilantro, organic eggs, salsa picante from Whole Foods and shredded cheese with taco seasoning.

Chicken & Veggies
Baked chicken rubbed with lemon pepper, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. On the side: leeks, sweet white corn and butternut squash. Feeling fall.

Kale Salad
This is a kale salad I had at Whole Foods. It's got canteloupe and tomatoes, red onions and raw milk cheddar instead of feta. For the dressing I used lemon juice, a little brown sugar, some rice vinegar, shallots and extra virgin olive oil.
