Breakfast Tacos! Mission flour tortillas are best - really nice and chewy. I used chorizo, some potatoes from the farmer's market, fresh cilantro, organic eggs, salsa picante from Whole Foods and shredded cheese with taco seasoning.
Baked chicken rubbed with lemon pepper, rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper. On the side: leeks, sweet white corn and butternut squash. Feeling fall.
This is a kale salad I had at Whole Foods. It's got canteloupe and tomatoes, red onions and raw milk cheddar instead of feta. For the dressing I used lemon juice, a little brown sugar, some rice vinegar, shallots and extra virgin olive oil.
