Citrus Salt

I made some citrus salt last night - it's unbelievably easy. To half a cup of sea, kosher or grey salt (I used sea salt), add 1 tablespoon each of lime, lemon and orange zest. I didn't exactly measure it out since I used a little less than half a cup of salt. But one of each will do. Mix together then spread onto a small baking sheet and bake for about 2 hours at 200 degrees to dry it.

I'm really excited to use it. It would go great on pork, chicken, fish. And I bet it would be delicious with a good margarita.
