Hangtown oysters from the Minimalist



I love Mark Bittman, aka the NY Times' Minimalist. Here is a video of him cooking up a hometown fry, which is basically an egg scramble with oysters, shiitake mushrooms and nice thick slab bacon. I would love to try this one weekend - Alexander, are you game for oysters?
