Pantry raid!

Our leftover roast chicken - there wasn't enough for a real dinner so I used 2 kinds of pasta (each one serving+ each), pesto sauce, green beans and shredded leftover chicken to make dinner. I also had some leftover garlic olive oil from another time we made garlic bread and I added that to the mix. It looked like a giant mess in a pot but it turned out pretty damn good - enough for Mr. Saultee to have 3 servings and a wee bit for lunch this week.

No pics, gobbled it up too fast.

Alex: As far as improv goes, this one came out well. Simple and efficient.
