First meal in our new home
We bought a new cast-iron skillet this weekend. I can barely lift it with both hands but it's worth it - I made a zucchini-mint frittata in it and we had it for brunch on Sunday, with a small salad and Limoncello cake, which was perfect with an Earl Grey-jasmine blend that a friend gave me, from England.
It's nice to have our own kitchen and fridge. And I'm ready to start exploring neighborhood restaurants. Who's coming with me?
