This one's for the children


Alexis: Alex's turn to go to the store - he picked up some nice sirloins and marinated them and then we grilled them. I made mushrooms in butter and white wine with some herbs, and then we ate it all with a side salad. Real simple - just added tomatoes and leftover stilton, then tossed with oil and balsamic. Easy, quick dinner at home.

Alex: This was a quick and easy dinner that was oh so tasty. I have to say I am quite proud of myself on the marinade. I used Italian vinegrette salad dressing, honey dijon mustard, garlic, honey, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. I let them marinate in the fridge for about 2 hours, flipping them every 15 minutes. The whole meal was a beautiful thing.
