tea is for me, and so are sorbets, so light, a real treat. do you recommend poached pears with whiskey ice cream?
wow - actually, i would recommend amaretto gelato over whiskey ice cream. ciao bella makes great pear sorbetto and amaretto gelato... that was previous summers' treat. dammit, now i have to try making whiskey ice cream!
