Alexis: Tonight I made pork chops grilled with black plums and scallions. Got the recipe from a magazine and while it came out good, i need to tweak it next time. Namely, use lite soy sauce. The marinade was soy sauce, honey and 5-spice. I didn't have any so I made my own with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper, salt and chile flakes. Just slap the chops on the grill and baste as they cook. Then place the plums and scallions on when they're almost done - easy prep and clean up.
Alex: Delicious, but I dunno bout them Scallion things. I can't wait to have the Chops again tho!
