The meatballs taste like meatloaf

AQ Cafe at Scandinavia House
Park Ave at 38th St. (Murray Hill)

Alex and I had lunch this week at AQ Cafe at the Scandinavia House. Run by Aquavit/Marcus Samuelsson, it's basically kitchen-less and features sandwiches - roast beef, well as traditional dishes like Swedish meatballs (pictured) and quiche.
I ordered the Nordic Cubano which wasn't bad - I think the only Nordic thing about it was the Jarlsberg cheese. Alex got the meatballs with lingonberries and mashed potatoes. Tasted good for something fresh out the microwave - a huge helping of mashed potatoes, meatballs in cream sauce and sweet/tart lingonberries. I'd maybe go back - prices were reasonable and it was kind of like eating at Ikea. If you dig that sort of thing. At least it was somewhere new to eat that's relatively close to the office. It sucks up here.
