This is what happens when you have only $5.60 in your bank account


Golden Krust (Jamaican beef patties) for lunch and then scramble (literally) for dinner. These are leftover potatoes, eggs and herbs from previous dinners. Thank goodness pay day is tomorrow. Red creamer potatoes, a scrambled egg, rosemary, red onions. Topped with grated parmigiano reggiano and the last of my truffle oil. If I had some breakfast links I'd be set. I want to try making an herb omelette.

Don't cry for me, Frankfurt. I got a bday dinner and Restaurant Week lunch coming up!
