Even on Payday, I eat like a beggar
Okay not really but I do enjoy eating breakfast for dinner. I made an herb omelette with flat leaf (Italian) parsley, cilantro and chevril, then added truffle oil after it was done. I prefer scrambled omelettes rather than the traditional fold-overs. You get a better egg-to-filling ratio in each bite. This was good - I want to put more herbs in next time. And I wish I had breakfast links.
For dessert, 3 pints of Guinness at Zebulon on Wythe across from that diner Relish (next to the biker bar).
